Dr. Kaiqi Zhou, Ph.D., CRC, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation and Health Services at the University of North Texas. His research primarily focuses on the autistic and neurodivergent population, with an emphasis on adaptation across health and employment contexts. His work examines psychosocial adaptation to chronic illness and disability (e.g., acceptance, identity, agency, and quality of life) as well as workplace adjustment (e.g., assistive technology, accommodations, adaptation to work environments, and occupational health).
