Lydia LeMay, M.S.

Before joining the Center for Public Management, Lydia spent more than a decade developing, coordinating, and expanding national and international educational programs that empowered college students and emerging professionals to apply their education in service of the public good. Throughout her career, she has worked with mission-driven organizations across the United States and internationally, fostering partnerships, managing complex initiatives, and supporting programs that strengthen communities and advance positive social impact.

 

At the Center for Public Management, Lydia brings experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving to support professional training and applied research that serve local governments and nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about connecting people, ideas, and resources to help organizations build capacity and address community challenges.

 

Lydia holds a Master of Science in Social Development Practice from University College London and a Bachelor of Science in Community & Regional Development, with an emphasis on Public Policy and Planning and Community Groups, from the University of California, Davis.
